I only use Goodreads as a reader, to review and hype books that I've loved (many of these book are ARCs received from fellow authors). mal is sweet, smart, funny, kind, hardworking and extremely down to earth - in another words, it’s a very hard and difficult task not to adore her and cheer for her throughout the book - which sometimes makes you want to smack her head on the table so hard that she would maybe stop being so dense and selfless - PLEASE for once in your life be a spoiled, bitchy and ego centrical teenage girl that only thinks of herself (breathes in and out to calm herself down). Unfortunately rather than being hardcover as described at time of sale, it was a paperback but it is in good condition .well to that, i say because know nothing will ever come close to the standards i have set for books, for the standards i have set for book boyfriends, for the standards that i have set for female friendships and sistership in books, and so far, only a select few have been able to dig their way into my stone cold heart, but mainly because i find happiness in complaining because it is fun.
